Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in my rental?

All venue rentals include full use of the space on both levels, serving kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, handicap accessible restrooms on each level, customized indoor table and chair set-up, and elegant lighting.

Guests have the flexibility of choosing their own catering service or having food provided by friends and family. 

Seating tables available are 60" round, buffet tables are rectangular plus one small round.

Tables and chairs can be moved mid-event for a fee.

What is required at booking?

To confirm your booking we require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit.  Hourly event rentals of 3 hours must be paid in full.  

A payment plan for weddings will be presented at contract signing.​

 

What am I responsible for cleaning after my event?

Our staff will clean our facility’s floors, tables, service areas, and kitchen.  You will be responsible for removal of all food, decor, flowers, and personal items.  Please collect all trash for our staff to remove upon departure. Please do not leave anything outside the building.

What is in The Bell Tower?

The Bell Tower is a one-of-a-kind cozy room which once housed the original church bell and now offers overnight accommodations.  Included is a full bathroom with shower, coffee bar, queen sized bed and sitting area atop a spiral staircase with the best views of Coshocton.  This unique and amazing space is available as an add-on to events held at LeRetilley Event Center.
